I wonder why doesn't Willow use writing to communicate with Ernest? Anyway, nice episode.

Thanks! It would have just been clunky to have the audience constantly have to read notes and things outside of specific scenes like the first one here. Ernest and Willow have to grow to understand each other better with time too, and this is an important development arc in the story!

Yes it can. That was the original idea of the animation, the cat is flying around social media websites, but it was too complicated to animate.

I was confused about the timeline. The long search for Willow was Ernest reminiscing, right? The transition to it was not clear enough and made it look like it was going "now", which was strange.
I like the series so far anyway

Thanks. The zoom in/out on the computer screen article about ghosts was supposed to be the indication of the start and end of the flashback.
