Going by force alone, I'd say Ferania VS. Gladius was the toughest so far, given that she had a solo fight with a demon king, however, most of the Knights of Barghest are normal humans, so fighting the supernatural is a very scary and difficult task.

I cannot speak for the rest, but as for myself, onions are great at seasoning stuff, but they themselves suck at being edible.
