I made a quick re-reading of previous chapters and noticed that Nick was supposed to get Tony alive. But he clearly ordered him dead. I wonder what is he planning, openly disobeying the orders. Also, he was trying to push boss to a declaration of war. I wonder if he is somehow connected to the hooded bad guy, or maybe he IS the hooded bad guy? No, he can't be, otherwise the hooded guy would have had no reason to go to Tony's bar. So it's probably an attempt to do something inside the clan then
