Huge thanks for taking my request, you did amazing job! Your image of Thom Merrilin is really great, it conveys that this old gleeman has lots of dangerous tricks up his sleeves.
Also love how you've drawn Holo, her face is really cute. Spice and Wolf is a great book and one of my favorite animes, probably the best in romance genre.
I also remember Hobgoblin being one of pretty cool enemies in old Spiderman cartoons, with his crazy behavior and vile mockery, you really nailed that vibe!
Not familiar with the rest of the group, but it's always cool to see some new OCs)

As for Holo, I’ve got no familiarity with her or the series she’s from, but dang if she isn’t cute. And if you’re at all interested in Hobgoblin (or just fun comics in general), I can’t recommend the book AXIS: Hobgoblin enough.

So... I kind of don't understand what was that battle about? The rabbit dude said it was punishment but at the same time they already planned to exile him as a punishment, didn't they?
Still feel too much telling instead of showing, but overall the comic is nice, will look forward for more

Yep, that was a really huge problem. If there was an infected grain in the harvest, it was impossible to separate good flour from bad. And sometimes that meant choosing between risking to eat a poisoned bread or starving
BTW, do you have any plans on making a comic about mesoamerican culture? With all the corn and stuff, they had some interesting religious beliefs and cultural elements about it

The thing is, I tried to focus on other parts of the world as well, rather than just the history of Europe and the Mediterranean. I wanted to explore bread in Asia, India, Africa (beyond just Egypt), and the Americas. But there’s so little information available that it’s hard to find reliable sources online, and books are too expensive just to take some notes. Still, I want to make sure I also focus on the Americas: Central, North, and South.

So maybe this is the right time I guess to try again, before Europeans come back to America
