Not bad action sequence here, love the fact that she was not smashing the monster with one hit.
It's strange that this small creature that tried to help her so much simply disappeared despite the state the girl was in and her strange transformation

It's pretty nice. My main concern is the weather and terrain. She sais she swam for hours in icy water... Well I hope we will have an explanation how it was possible for a child. Also, are they fighting on the snow (considering "icy" water)? But they don't seem to be (like, their legs don't fall through it) and there are leaves on the trees.
Still some nice beginning though.

And yes all will be answered in due time but regarding the terrain im still a novice as landscapes and backgrounds so ill make sure to put more effort in on chapter 3. if your still interested Chapter 2 is available on my page id love to hear your feedback there aswell
