Why being angry? He is repeating Hitler's speeches since long ago. He changes countries names in them of course, but the rest is mostly the same. Unfortunately, it's enough to deceive many people.
P.S. Just in case - I meant that Vlad has little right to be angry after what he do and who his allies are.
