At first sight I've found colors and style a bit not to my taste, but after reading this chapter - the beginning of the story is good, and the drawing seems nice. Keep it up!

I used a photograph and enhanced the shadow in Photoshop to get the contrast I wanted and then drew from that. Thanks!
